PATTERN December 09

 GOOD NEWS from 1CORINTHIANS 11: 1
And you should follow my example, just as I follow Christ’s. I want you to PATTERN your lives after me, just as I PATTERN my life after Christ's!

PERFECT PATTERN
Dear Heavenly Father and PERFECT One,
Thank You for PERFECTLY aligning my life in Your Love!
I offer You my heart as I look to Your PERFECT PATTERN and examples of Surrender and Authority.
Jesus, when I look to Your Life for direction, the PATTERN I see is astounding.
Your PATTERN is always choosing Compassion over comfort;
Your PATTERN is always choosing Kindness over pride;
Your PATTERN is always choosing Healing over appearances;
Your PATTERN is always choosing Acceptance over tradition; and
Your PATTERN is always choosing Love over law.
Who is there like You?
May the PATTERN of my life always reflect Your Character as I follow on Your PERFECTLY PATTERNED PATH of Love.
I am thankful for new moments and new opportunities to choose a different PATTERN.
When I need correction and redirection, cover me up in Your Mercy, take my hand in Yours, Precious Lord, and Lead me on.
Whenever I extend forgiveness it is a reflection of Your PATTERN of Infinite Compassion that You offer me time after time.
I can most certainly get on board with Your PATTERN and with following after You.
You make it simple rather than spout religious dogma and theology.
My choice to love at all costs in every situation and circumstance is to PATTERN myself and my life after Your Life, Your Way, Your Resurrection, and Your Ascension.
You are The Only Way, Truth and Life.
Thank You for the privilege of following Your PERFECT PATTERN!

GOOD NEWS from Nahum 1: 7 The Lord is good. When situations and circumstance come, He is the place to go for REFUGE! And He knows and cares for everyone who trusts in Him!
