ROOTED February 09

GOOD NEWS from Jeremiah 17: 8

They are like strong trees planted along the water's riverbank, and DEEPLY ROOTED into the water—trees that are at ease with the heat and at peace during long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and go right on producing all God's luscious good fruit.

DEEPLY ROOTED

Dear Heavenly Father God and KING OF all kings,

Thank You for allowing me to attach my ROOTS in You because I belong to You.

I have yielded my ROOTS and my life to Yours, with Your Holy Spirit as my Guide.

You lead me through this life with Your Patience and with Your Strength.

When I try to stray from my ROOTS, you tenderly steer me right back onto Your Path for my life.

My life is firmly and DEEPLY ROOTED in Yours, and Your Fruit that my life bears reflects The Source to which I am connected: 

@ Galatians 22 When the Holy Spirit controls my life He will produce this kind of fruit in me: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control; and these fruit do not conflict with any laws.

God, I want to trust You in the midst of everything, including feast and famine seasons, for You are my ROOTS' supply in every season, in every step, and at every point in my life.

I invite You into whatever feelings are ROOTING in my heart right now; you have my permission to adjust them until they produce your Holy Spirit's Fruit.

I know Your Love is stronger than anything else that tries to ROOT there.

You are bigger than this life.

You are more faithful than the rising sun.

Thank You for filling my life up with Fruit that is ROOTED in Your Goodness so that I may grow toward the stars of my greater destiny.
