JOY August 2

GOOD NEWS from Nehemiah 8: 10

It is a time to celebrate with a hearty meal and to send presents to those in need, for the JOY of the Lord is our strength that makes us strong. I must be upbeat and JOYOUS!”

JC: Bring Me the JOYOUSNESS of your time; a most precious commodity.  Glorify Me by delighting in Me and ENJOYING Me now and forever!

STRONG IN JOY!

Dear Heavenly Father God and Joyous Holy One,

Thank You for Your Love as the spring in my soul that overflows with JOY!

I want to run on gladness with Your JOY seeping through the strength in my heart.

You Lord are perpetual kindness and JOY,  always abundantly offering Your Perfect Love and JOY that covers everything.

I know that all You require is everything I am at this one moment in time.

You instruct me and lead me on in growth and in JOY.

When the healing in my heart feels like a type of dying, may I remember that it is only part of the process; JOY comes in the morning. 

When I am walking through what my eyes perceive as darkness, with my hand firmly gripping Your Hand, would You fill me up with the underlying JOY of Your Presence that is always with me?

When my eyes are searching the horizon for any hint of JOY dawning, would You lift my eyes to where Your stars shine, giving me Your Light in the meantime until I see what You see.

Thank You for letting Your Presence with me be the JOY that gives me strength today.

We look forward to the joys in heaven which we have yet to see. The joys to come will last forever.
