GOOD NEWS from Proverbs 16: 9

We can make plans—trusting God to determine our steps and depending on His HANDS to direct our ways!

JC: Trust Me in the depths of your being; It is here that I live in constant communication with you.  When you slow down your pace of living for a time to quiet your mind in My Presence, then you wil hear My Voice and feel My HAND bestowing the resurrection blessing on you: Peace be with you. 

OUT OF MY HANDS

Dear Heavenly Father God and Holy One, 

Thank You for allowing me to bond my life to Yours and give my heart to You for Your HANDS to hold.

You are the Leader of my life and You Guide my steps in Your Wisdom and with Your HANDS throughout every season.

Though I make my plans and You Encourage me to do so, You know what will work.

In ALL situations, Your Grace and Your HANDS are sufficient.

In every circumstance You take my HAND and You Lead my finite understanding to Your Infinite Understanding. 

In each moment, Your HANDS Lead me with Love through the twists and the turns on the road I am traveling.

When my life spins, let my mind be steadied in the knowledge that Your Faithful HANDS are covering me. 

May my heart be confident in Your Leadership as I HAND over my life to You..

When my focus shifts from You to me, gently take my face in Your HANDS and redirect my gaze back to You.

You see what I have yet to see and EVERYTHING Your HANDS do for me is laced with Love.

Thank You for reminding my heart of this every time my mind starts to wonder.

2025: Singers at my brother's Celebration Service.

Think, if you had a basketball in your hand, it’s probably worth maybe 10 dollars.

But when you put that same basketball into the hands of LeBron James, it’s worth 34-40 million dollars.

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT’S IN!

If you had a football in your hand, it’s worth maybe 10-11 dollars.

But when you put that same football in the hands of Drew Brees or Alvin Kamara, it’s worth more than 50-60 million.

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT’S IN!

If you had a golf club in your hand, it’s probably worth 50 bucks maybe.

But when you put that same golf club into the hands of Tiger Woods, it’s worth 80 million.

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT’S IN!

If you had a stick or rod in your hand, you might use it to beat a wild animal or something,

But when you put that same rod or stick into the hands of Moses, it parts the red sea just enough for all God's children to pass safely through.

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT’S IN!

If you had a sling shot in your hand, it becomes like a kid’s toy.

But you put that same slingshot into the hands of King David, It slays a giant.

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT’S IN!

If you had in your hand 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread, you’ll feed yourself and with a little bread left over.

But when you put 2 fish and 5 bread loaves into the hands of JESUS, they feed 5000; and, with so much more leftover than He started out with, it is called: "the miracle of the five loaves and two fishes")

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT’S IN!

If you add 5+2, you get 7; but when Jesus adds 5+2, it equals over 5000. 

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS WHOSE HANDS IT'S IN!

If you pour from a jug of water, you get water; but when you give Jesus the jug of water, He pours out the choicest and best wine! 

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT'S IN!

If you had a couple of nails in your hands, you can probably build a bird house or nail down a piece of wood.

But if you put the same nails into the hands of Jesus, those nails lead to the free gift of SALVATION and to ETERNAL LIFE for folks who love Him and trust Him.

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS IT’S IN!

When you have your worries, your cares, and things that get you all stressed out, if you leave it in your hands, that's all they are ever going to be - your worries, your cares and things that get you all stressed out.

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE hands IT’S IN!

But put those same worries, those same cares and those same problem situations into the hands of CHRIST, AND LEAVE THEM THERE, then He’s going to see you through it in fine style. He’s going to take care of your every need in ways far above anything you could ever ask for or even imagine!

YOU SEE, IT DEPENDS ON WHOSE HANDS ITS IN!
