GOOD NEWS from Psalm 31: 9  O Lord, have Mercy on me. In my anguish I am WORN DOWN in misery. My eyes are WORN DOWN, weak, and red from weeping with so much crying; my health is WORN DOWN and broken from sorrow and my whole being is tired and WORN DOWN from pining away with grief; my years are shortened, WORN DOWN and  drained away because of sadness.
