GOOD NEWS from Psalm 123: 1

O God enthroned in Heaven, I lift my eyes and I LOOK to you!

Dear Heavenly Father and Mighty God,

Thank You for my eyes that I can lift up and LOOK to You today.

As I LOOK to You, I offer You all my atttention as I lay out my heart before You and trust Your Kind Character to meet me, guide me, and teach me with Your Wisdom.

When I am overwhelmed by life and all that comes with it, may I build the habit of lifting my gaze and LOOKING up to You.

Help me LOOK to You Who are enthroned in the Heavens, LOOK to You Who are high above every living thing, and LOOK to  You Who are intricately involved in all the workings of my life*

I am so thankful that here in this moment and every moment, You are engaged in my life, independent of what it LOOKS like.

I need You to tell me what to do with whatever I am going through; You already know because You're with me in it.

You are with me even in the emotions of my soul and my heart, You SEE clearly and You know exactly what I need.

I LOOK to You because I trust You, Lord, to do what only You can do.

As I continually lift my eyes to LOOK to You throughout my day, may my heart also be lifted up in hope.

We look forward to the joys in heaven which we have yet to see. The joys to come will last forever. FOCUSED ATTENTION  Dear Heavenly Father God and Eternal One, Thank You for Being outside the boundaries of time, with infinity, and free of beginning and ending.
