GOOD NEWS from Psalm 31: 9  O Lord, have Mercy on me. In my anguish I am in misery. My eyes are WORN, weak, and red from weeping with so much crying; my health is broken from sorrow and my whole being is tired and WORN DOWN from pining away with grief; my years are shortened and  drained away because of sadness. My sins have sapped my strength; I stoop from being WORN DOWN with sorrow and with shame.
